Novicrea provides a personalized subscription service that allows its subscribers to calculate the product cost and the relative margin using a device with an Internet connection: smartphone or computer and other devices (“Novicrea compatible devices”).
1.1. The subscription to Novicrea will continue until canceled. In order to use the Novicrea service, you must have Internet access and a Novicrea compatible device; you must also provide us with one or more payment methods. “Payment method” means a current, valid and accepted payment method that can be updated periodically and include payments for your account through a third party. Unless you cancel your subscription before the relevant billing date, you authorize us to charge you the subscription fee for the next billing cycle on the chosen Payment Method (see the “Cancellation” section below).
1.2. We offer several subscription plans, including special promotional plans or subscriptions offered by third parties in addition to their own products and services. Some subscription plans may have different conditions or limitations that will be made known to you upon registration or other communication methods. You can find specific information about your Novicrea subscription by visiting our website and clicking on the “My Account” link, available at the top of the Novicrea website pages, on the right side of the screen.
Free Trials & Warranty
2.1. Your Novicrea subscription can start with a free trial. The duration of the free trial period of your subscription will be specified during the registration process; the free trial aims to allow new subscribers and some former subscribers to try the service.
2.2. Novicrea determines in its sole discretion the suitability for the free trial or the duration of the trial and may limit its application to prevent any abusive use. We reserve the right to revoke the free trial and to suspend your account if we believe you are not eligible for the free trial. Members of a household that have an existing or recently activated Novicrea subscription are not entitled to a free trial. To determine eligibility for the test we may use information such as the device ID, the payment method or an email address used with an existing or recently activated Novicrea subscription. There may be restrictions on combining with other offers.
2.3. At the end of the free trial period, if you have not canceled your subscription before the expiration, we will charge the subscription amount for the next billing cycle on the chosen payment method. To view the subscription price and the expiration date of your free trial period, visit our website and click on the “Setup” link on the “My Account” page.
2.4 Your subscription to Novicrea can be covered by a guarantee. The guarantee covers your purchase 100% only in the first month of subscription within the first 30 days from the activation date. After this date, the refund cannot be obtained. To request a refund, you must send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Reimbursement Request” and indicating in the body of the email the address with which you registered for the program. Any other type and means of request can be ignored.
Billing and cancellation
3.1. Billing cycle. The subscription fee for the Novicrea service will be charged to your Payment Method on the specific billing date indicated on your “My Account” page. The duration of the billing cycle will depend on the chosen subscription type at the time of the service registration. In some cases, the payment date may vary, for example if the charge on your Payment Method is not successful or if your paid subscription had started on a day not present in a certain month. To display the date of the next payment, visit our website and click on the “Settings” link in the “My Account.”
3.2. Payment methods. To use the Novicrea service you must indicate one or more payment methods. You authorize us to charge any payment method associated with your account if your primary payment method is refused or cannot be used to pay the subscription fee. You will be responsible for any outstanding amounts. If a charge is unsuccessful due to the expiration of the Payment Method, insufficient funds or for any other reason, and if you have not canceled your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a Valid payment method. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you some fees, for example for international transactions or other charges associated with the processing of your Payment Method. The local tax charges charged may vary depending on the payment method used. For more details, please check with the service provider linked to your payment method.
3.3. Payment methods update. You can update your Payment Methods on the “My Account” page. We may update your Payment Methods based on data received from payment service providers. Following each update, you authorize us to continue charging the available Payment Methods.
3.4. Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription to Novicrea at any time by continuing to have access to the Novicrea service until the end of the billing period. Payments are not refundable except for the first one if your registration requires it and we do not grant refunds or credits for partially used monthly subscription periods or for unused Novicrea content. To unsubscribe, visit the “My Account” page and follow the unsubscribe instructions. If you cancel your subscription your account will be closed automatically at the end of the current billing period. To check the closing date of your account, click on “Settings” on the “My Account” page. If you registered with Novicrea using your account with a third party as a payment method and you wish to cancel your subscription to Novicrea, you may have to cancel your subscription through that third party, for example by accessing your account settings with that third party. part and disabling the automatic renewal option or canceling the Novicrea service through this third party. You can also find billing information for your Novicrea subscription by connecting to your account with that third party.
3.5. Price changes and subscription plans. From time to time we may change our subscription plans and the price of our service; however, any changes to your price or subscription plan will take effect from the billing cycle following the change notice that we send you.
4.1. To subscribe to the Novicrea service, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your province, geographic area or country. Minors can use the service only under the supervision of an adult.
4.2. The Novicrea service and any content displayed through the service are intended for personal and non-commercial use only and cannot be shared with people outside your home. During the validity of your Novicrea subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access the Novicrea service and view Novicrea content. Except for the foregoing, no other rights, securities or interests will be transferred to you. You agree not to use the service for public screenings.
4.3. You will be able to use Novicrea primarily in the country in which you created your account and only in geographical areas where we offer our service and have licenses for such content. The content available for viewing may vary periodically and according to the geographical area. The number of devices with which you can simultaneously access the service will depend on the subscription plan chosen and is specified on the “My Account” page.
4.4. The Novicrea service and software are updated regularly. In addition, we continuously test various aspects of our service, including our website, user interfaces, functionalities for promotional purposes and the availability of Novicrea content.
4.6. The Novicrea software is developed by or on behalf of Novicrea and is designed to allow use through Novicrea compatible devices. This software may vary depending on the device and means of use and the functions and functions may be different depending on the device. You acknowledge that use of the service may require third party software subject to third party licenses. You agree to automatically receive updated versions of Novicrea and third-party software.
Password and account access.
The subscriber who created the Novicrea account and whose payment method is charged (“Account holder”) has access to and control of the Novicrea account and the Novicrea compatible devices used to access our service, and is responsible for each activity that takes place through the Novicrea account. To maintain control of the account and prevent anyone from accessing the account (and therefore also information on the history of the account views), the Account Holder must maintain control of the Novicrea compatible devices used to access the service and must not communicate to anyone the password or details of the payment method associated with the account. It will be your responsibility to update the information you provide us about your account and make sure it is accurate. We will have the right to close or suspend your account in order to protect you, Novicrea or our partners from identity theft or other fraudulent activities.
6.2. Materials not required. Novicrea does not accept unsolicited materials or ideas for Novicrea content and is not responsible for the similarity of any of its contents or programs on any medium with respect to materials or ideas transmitted to Novicrea.
6.3. Customer service. For more information about our service and its features or if you need assistance with your account, please visit the Novicrea Help Center on our website. In some cases, Customer Service may better assist you by using a remote access assistance tool, through which we will have full access to your computer. If you do not wish to grant us such access, we invite you not to consent to assistance via the remote access tool and we will assist you by other means.
6.6. Electronic communications. We will send you information relating to your account (e.g. payment authorizations, invoices, password or payment method changes, confirmation messages, notifications) exclusively in electronic format, for example by email to the email address you have provided to us at the time of registration.
