Novicrea provides a personalized subscription service that allows its subscribers to calculate the product cost and the related margin using a device with an Internet connection: smartphone or computer and other devices (“Novicrea compatible devices”).
1.1. Your Novicrea subscription will continue until cancelled. In order to use the Novicrea service, you must have access to the Internet and a Novicrea compatible device; you must also provide us with one or more Payment Methods. “Payment Method” means a current, valid and accepted payment method that may be updated from time to time to include payments for your account through a third party. Unless you cancel your subscription before the relevant billing date, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method (see the “Cancellation” section below).
1.2. We offer various subscription plans, including special promotional plans or subscriptions offered by third parties in addition to their own products and services. Some subscription plans may have different conditions or limitations that will be made known to you upon registration or by other methods of communication. You can find specific information about your Novicrea subscription by visiting our website and clicking on the “My Account” link, available at the top of the Novicrea website pages, on the right side of the screen.
Free Trials & Warranty
2.1. Your Novicrea subscription can start with a free trial. The length of the free trial period of your subscription will be specified during the registration process; the free trial is intended to allow new subscribers and some former subscribers to try the service.
2.2. Novicrea determines in its sole discretion the eligibility for the free trial or the duration of the same and may limit its application to prevent any abusive use. We reserve the right to revoke your free trial and suspend your account if we believe you are not eligible for the free trial. Household members who have an existing or recently activated Novicrea subscription are not eligible for the free trial. We may use information such as your device ID, payment method, or an email address used with an existing or recently activated Novicrea subscription to determine eligibility for the trial. There may be restrictions on combining with other offers.
2.3. At the end of the free trial period, if you have not canceled your subscription before it expires, we will charge the subscription amount for the next billing cycle to your chosen Payment Method. To view the subscription price and expiration date of your free trial period, visit our website and click on the “Setup” link on the “My Account” page.
2.4 Your Novicrea subscription may be covered by warranty. The guarantee covers your purchase for 100% of the first month of subscription only within the first 30 days from the date of activation. After this date it is no longer possible to obtain a refund. To request a refund, you must send an e-mail to [email protected] with the subject “Refund Request” and indicating the address with which you registered for the program in the body of the e-mail. Any other kind and means of requests can be ignored.
Billing and cancellation
3.1. Billing cycle. The subscription fee of the Novicrea service will be charged to your Payment Method on the specific billing date indicated on your “My Account” page. The length of the billing cycle will depend on the type of subscription chosen when registering for the service. In some cases, the payment date may vary, such as if your Payment Method was not charged or if your paid subscription started on a day not present in a given month. To view the next payment date, visit our website and click on the “Settings” link on the “My Account” page.
3.2. Payment methods. To use the Novicrea service you must indicate one or more Payment Methods. You authorize us to charge any
