How do you find the best selling price with Novicrea?

With Novicrea you can simulate the sale price of your Dishes and Products

Thanks to this function you can avoid selling your dishes at a loss due to an inadequate price.

Step 1 – Determine the current selling price

The first step we will take to determine the food cost of our Dish is: create a Dish/Product.

Click on Dishes/Products in the Novicrea main menu and then open the form for creating a new Dish.

Set all the required data and you’re done.

Step 2 – Calculate the cost of the Dish

Novicrea allows you to make very detailed calculations on the cost of a Dish.

Calculate your production cost, margin and food cost by entering Ingredients, use of Personnel, use of Equipment and any Packaging

Now that you have your REAL production costs you can find out your Best Selling Price.

Step 3 – Generate unlimited price simulations

Once you complete steps 1 and 2 as well as knowing precisely your current profit margins and production costs you will be able to simulate unlimited pricing solutions.

You will be able to find out which selling price gives you a better profit margin.
